The Textual Research On The Evolution Of The States And Counties Of Northern Wei Dynasty

The purpose of the article is to show the process of Northern Wei Dynasty building the states and uncover the influence of the state system on Northern Wei's political domination.Based on ingvestigating the building of states in seven different years, the article holdes that the building of states was in order before the stage of Emperor XiaoMing. And because of the importance of states the ruler payed much attention to their leaders of the staters. Northern Wei Dynasty sustained its powerful domination before the stage of Emperor XiaoMing.During Tai Ping Zhen Jun ages and Tai He ages, the Emperor TaiWu and XiaoWen adjusted the states, prefectures and counties greatly and enforced the power of ruling all territory.In the last stage of Northern Wei Dynasty the number of states and prefectures soaring up in result of the rulers' losing the effective domination of the whole society.
