The Han Bamboo slips unearthed at Zhangjia shan, Jiangling in Province of Hubei during the 1980s, including of Zou Yan Shu, is highly valuble in studing the law of a ancient China, especially the law of Qin, early Han and even Eastern Zhou dynastyies.There are twenty-two cases in Zou Yan Shu, sixteen of which are from early Han dynasty, and six from Eastern Zhou and Qin dynasties. In this articles, I try to study the law of entity and procedure by analyzing concrete and synthesize conditions.The articles includes two parts. First, I revealed basic of content of contentious, review a cost and investigation of procedure by analyzing concrete on emphasis and knotty cases. These were few recorded in history books. Which includes legal principle analysis of Manyi Wu you's case, Chengdan Jian' review cas and the case "somebody robs a woman named Bi in Zuili block" . Second, I inquired content and overall structure, slave and inflict a official on a criminal.I study Bamboo, try to use history, characters science and science of law and gives some point of view of myself.The articles on this point of view have been published in some magazines, such as Jiang Han Archology . These may have a little help to open up a field to study of law and confirm the immense worth and wide world about study Bamboo.
