American Regularization Policies And Chinese Abnormal Immigrants In US

"Regularization" policy will be the fresh field of the research in immigrant policies and Overseas Chinese, along with the implementing of "regularization" policy in US and other countries in the world and the coming on of "Guest worker program" in US. But at present, it's still weak and keeping a vacancy for the systematic research of this policy in China. So it'll be meaningful for us to fill up this vacancy, do objective and systematic research in the influence of it from a wider point of view. Because of these, this dissertation mainly addresses and analyzes the several regularization and similar regularization policies which are effective to American history, and respectively analyze their background and influence basis on nation benefit theory. In the fourth chapter, It interprets the influence which is brought to Chinese abnormal immigrants by regularization policies. But it's not so complete because of the lack of resource. Additionally, toward abnormal immigrants what are concerned in the world, especially Chinese abnormal immigrants in US, this article recounts their history, reasons, influence and solving measures, so that we can clearly realize these immigrants and give them beneficial advices and dehortation.
