Customer's psychological research is the important support system of industrial design research, but now, the majority in industrial design field study still stay basically in the human nature of narrow sense to melt, design is microscopic man-machine interface for product and the focus of the relation of person that paid attention to on discussion, this is not overall.It is the time that is lead with customer, design connections with psychology is more and more close, whether pay attention to this kind of connection have become the important part of products plan. What can suit good product and the demand of customer will surely possess more successful strategy. The form design of product, often in in which act the role of act enough importance.This paper is discussed with kitchen balance as an example, through the method of theoretical research and investigation analysis is designed at early stage, with Semantic differential method, the market analysis and location that carries out product are evaluated with semantic discrepancy analysis law for product form, the investigation customer's good important lead role for entire design process makes design go forward along correct direction, to reduce the risk of design development, pass offset cost the research of psychology, may know the needs of customer fairly objectively, reach the conclusion of more near market demand, so play the part of the role of a kind of directiveness.
