The differences of behavior is depend on the ones of culture. The international managers from other cultural background must choose the strategies of cross-cultural communication which are suit for their specific cultural characteristics, when they are developing the cross-cultural business.The economic globalization demands the multinational corporations and international managers should worldwide survive and cross-cultural manage in the world. In this progress , the commercial cross-cultural communication is the behaving of sharing the information and meaning in the circle of managers. The contain of the commercial cross-cultural communication is cross-cultural management and international marketing. The target of communication is profit.The strategies of commercial cross-cultural communication , which must be applied for people, The different cultures have the commercial culture .The five different kinds of culture which are suit for the commercial cross-cultural communication are selected in this paper. They are the National Five Cultural Dimensions of Hofestede , the Context Culture of Hall, the Cultural Dilemma of Trompenaars, the Trust Culture of Francis Fukuyama, the Latitude Culture of Cao.Even the emphasis of strategies of the commercial cross-cultural communication are different . In order to make the best use of the strategies, we are required to make cultures integration with the method of 3R and make the cross-cultural action up to the level of strategies of enterprising which decide the destiny of the corporations which exit globally . The cross-culture is destiny.
