In the 21 st c?ntury,many international compani?s have rushed into international market.In international business,in the struggle for markets and spheres of influence the winner will be the one who succeeds in understanding the culture of comp?titors and business partners,their strengths and weaknesses,motivating and restraining factors and the one who has shown flexibility.In particular,the number of Russian-Chin?se enterprises is growing,the cooperation between Russia and China year by year increasing.It's become an obvious to learn organizational culture of such enterprises,to determine characteristics,values that can influence on such cooperation.In this context values are fundamental beliefs that people have regarding the notion of good and evil,right and wrong,important and unimportant.There is a proven fact of defining and evaluating business culture by means of assessing the values of a particular culture,it is logical to assess the Russian and Chinese business culture by assessing the values of these cultures.Moreover,according to already existing G??rt Hofstede model,it can be visually shown that the assessment of the two different culture can be carried out.Thus,we can identify the cultural differ?nces in business cultur? and make recommendations to eliminate existing differences.Consequently,this thesis is devot?d to the study of culture relations between Russia and China in business sector.The primary conc?rn of research is to distinguish culturally specific and universal behaviors,rather than the research studies contrast between Russian and Chinese cultures with the search for both similarities and diff?r?nces.The main objective of the study is to discuss the cultural values in China and Russia in relations of Geert Hofstede Dimensions,find changes,make suggestions and recommendations that will correspond to today's business relations between Russian and Chinese.The paper is based upon discussion and information provided by 100 s employees at multinational corporations in China and published work related to doing business in China.The five different cultural dimensions of Hofstede and Hofstede and Bond schema and their implications particularly on the decision making process by international managers are discussed.In addition the paper reviews and reinforces scholarly research on Chinese culture and business practices in China and in other countries.The findings of this paper together with those of pr?vious studies could provide relevant information to managers who plan to dobusiness in China.In this research I will use the ?mpirical analysis.It's bas?d on studies of Russian-Chinese companies in Russia and China.In this part,I introduce a qualitative and a quantitative research in the case company regarding cross-cultural human r?source management.I will also analyze the results from common studies and results received from companies.I will use quantitative method through questionnaires to study how employees view about the degree of harmonious of working relationships between them and foreign expatriates in cross-cultural working environment.Since to test our hypotheses the survey is based on factors: nationality,gender,age,work experience and place of residence(nationality of birth),we will check the influence of these factors on the questions that are drawn up to test the 5 Dimensions of Hofstede.The answers to the questions for checking the five factors of the Hofstede will help us to draw a conclusion about the current state of Russian and Chinese culture.And the verification,using the correlation analysis,five factors taken for the basics in assessing our crops will confirm our study.Furthermore,the Shapiro-Wilk criterion,the Bartlett criterion,the Student's t-criterion,and the MannWhitney U-test will be used.Additionally,were provided another theoretical adaptation of theory for crosscultural research,recommendation and suggestions were given too.
