On The Art Thought In Nongzheng Quanshu

Based on the special status of agricultural production in China culture, this paper focuses on the inner relationship between the agriculture and Chinese artistic ideas which are formed under the culture generation of specific forms of art expression in the large-scale cultural and institutional mechanisms. Nong zheng Quan shu emerged in the late Ming Dynasty. It is a scientific work on agriculture and is honored as an encyclopedia on Chinese ancient agriculture science. It has inherited the tradition of Chinese ancient agronomy, and absorbed western knowledge of agriculture and water conservancy .It throws its eyes on agriculture manufacturing from the angle of farming, pushing the agriculture manufacturing into a prominence. The masterpiece dwells a lot on the basic points and with the extensive and typical illustration, it gives a practical guidance.This paper develops from the context of Nongzheng Quanshu , emphasizes more on its artistic ideas.This paper consists of 6 chapters.Chapter 1 introduction .It gives a brief account of the study background, methods and meaning, as well as a summary of the existent research of Nongzheng Quanshu and the information of the author Mr.xu-guangqi.Chapter 2 explains Mr.xu's life works, the background information and the main content of Nongzheng Quanshu.lt discusses the relationship between Nongzheng Quanshu and Chinese art, combining with the cultural scheme and standing on the thinking level.Chapter 3, 4 and 5 are the heart of the paper. They mainly explore the artistic ideas of Nongzheng Quanshu and can be divided into three levels:Agriculture-based idea, the harmony of nature and human beings idea, rational idea. In chapter 3, the Agriculture-based ideas embodied in the system oicNongzheng Quanshu and in the comments around agriculture. Based on the analysis, paper tracks down the sourse of Agriculture-based ideas, and discovers the inner relationship between the Agriculture-based ideas and the Chinese artistic ideas. In chapter 4, the idea of theharmony of nature and human beings is analyzed. The sense of "nature, earth and humans" in traditional Agriculture science is the specific embodiment of "the harmony of nature and human beings. Nongzheng Quanshu inherited the ideas totally. On the analysis does some research on the unity and unveils the relationship between it and the Chinese art. In chapter 5, the paper analyses the rational ideas with a large number of the water infrastructure and farming equipments. The paper also explores the relationship between rational and Chinese art against the Chinese traditional background.Chapter 6 is a summary of the whole paper.
