The network advertisement has become the fourth advertisement form, but it is rebuked by netizens because of a great deal of inferior advertisement. In the meantime, the producers and advertisement owners are short of due understanding to the characteristic, design and production of network advertisement, so that the advantage of network advertisement can't be brought into full play. In this paper, from the perspective of an important stage of network advertising operation- the design of network advertisement, the characteristic, problems and solutions of the design of network advertisement are discussed.Interaction and pertinence, the two outstanding advantages of the network advertisement, should be given full play to in the design of network advertisement. The network advertisement still belongs to planar design, and in the special network environment, so it is special in expression of its form element such as the creativity, gentle cases, figures, colors and so on. There are many successful cases and some problems in various designs of network advertisement. In this paper, they are detailedly analyzed, and then some design methods are proposed. In the last chapter of this paper, in the light of my own actual project, the problems of planning and design of network advertisement for small and medium-sized enterprises are discussed.
