Daye lies in the southeast of Hubei Province, surrounded by WuHan, EZhou, HuangShi and JiuJiang.It's the hinterland of Metallurgical Corridor in Hubei, adjacent to Ezhou in northwest, facing to QiChun and Xi shui on the other side of river in northeast, abutting on Wuhan and XianNing in southwest, and bordering on YangXin in southeast. The above geographical characteristics determined the diversity of Relative Appellation in Daye Dialects.This paper mainly takes the research on dialects used in middle area of Daye, and also draws reference to the dialects used in rural areas near Daye. It offers a comprehensive investigation and description of Daye Dialects for relative appellations system. It analyzed the structural characteristics for this system and look into its origin. After summarizing the characteristic through their usage, we can analyze the culture background and see the whole evolvements. The relative appellation is an important cultural inheritance; we can see its importance through anthropology, ethnology, linguistics and ethnology. Different dialects have different Relative Appellation forms, reflecting the culture customs and social psychology in different dialect areas.Daye Dialect Relative Appellation system is the living fossil for studying the living custom and ethics custom in Daye. The discussion of Daye Dialect Relatives' Appellation reveals the relationship between the family members in that area.
