Today, ecological ethics infuses the misery consciousness about future to people. It condemns the violent actions of any sort given to nature in practice and idea, and it lays stress on the importance of the combination between nature and people. But many theories and schools ignore the ontological consideration and value care for world. Ecological ethics doesn't reflect it's characters that it gives the world ultimate concern. Also the objective conditions and detail approaches that ecological ethics comes true lost the force of logical argumentation. They whether endow value with nature, or give right to nature. Although reasonable, they avoid the important and dwell on the trivial. The limitation of the theory leads ecological ethics into the pure speculation. So the maximum gap was made between practice and theory.To solve these problems, this paper expounds property of ecological ethics and measures that it turns true in both theory and practice. But it is man who causes environmental problems, I think that we eliminate the environmental crisis also by people. So we should fulfill self-salvation by man's intrinsical perfection. Only by this, could the harmonious relations between man and nature be constructed. This paper probes the logical start and philosophical essence of the ecological ethics by scorching the meaning and value of man. At the same time, it indicates the essence and value of ecological ethics by analyzing man's existence: to affirm entity and give world ultimate concern. On this condition, we find the measures that ecological ethics becomes true: to development and use of technology all sidedly and rationally;to developecological economics;to carry out ecological politics;to construct ecological civilization etc. By rectifying man's actions, we should make man and other beings unite. However, these actions are reflections of man's essence. Meanwhile, environmental problems are outward reflection of humanity inner contradiction, so perfecting humanity is the subject condition that ecological ethics becomes into reality.
