The Confucianism is the backbone of Chinese ideology and culture, which was created by Confucius 2000 years ago. After Confucius, this ideology was divided into eight parts. In these ideologies, the thought of Mencius and Xun-zi about Confucianism illustrate all the soul of Confucianism to the world again. Their thoughts of moral education were related with their thought such as philosophy, politics, economy and literature, which made the great contribution to the development of the Confucianism. The formulation of Mencius and Xun-zi's moral education thoughts was finished under the special society background of media and end of Zhan-guo Era. The moral education thoughts of Xi-zhou and Confucianism, including "Knowledge of Hundred School" in Pre-Chin Dynasty were the origins of their moral education thoughts. Mencius' thought of "The Harmony of Nature and Human" was the provenance of the thought of "Goodness of Human Nature". Xun-zi's thought of "Evil of Human Nature" come from the ideology of "Deviation of Human and Nature". According to the above theories, Mencius created his ideology system of moral education, which main content consist of "Bivalence" and individual moral education. And his thoughts stress the personality pattern of self-education. Xun-zi also constructed his ideology system of moral education, which main content consist of "Order" and moral civilization. His thought pay more attention to the personality pattern of "Practice".According to the comparisons of theoretical foundation, object, context and methods of moral education in Mencius and Xun-zi' moral education thoughts, we can draw the conclusion that they clarified their moral education thoughts through the aspects of contradiction of disposition and order, self-education and practicing good deeds, ideality and reality. Their moral education thoughts have special features, but are also complementary to each other. The unification of their thoughts not only enriched the ideology of Confucianism in the pre-Chin era, but also provides great space for the development of Confucianism in following era, which leads to the establishment of Confucianism in the history. Though the thoughts of Mencius and Xun-zi were the representation of feudalism adhocracy interests, we also should know that from viewpoint of Marxism and historical materialism, their moral education thoughts are still valuable for the development of modern moral education.
