Mencius was a famous educator and philosopher in the warring states period of China.In the new era,it is of great significance for us to integrate Mencius moral cultivation thought into the subject research of youth education to carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture,improve the moral cultivation and quality of the youth and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As a new force in socialist construction,the youth are playing an important role in China's great cause of prosperity and strength.Youth is the first station for a person to enter the society and plan his life.It is also the golden period for him to realize his ideal and ambition and realize the pursuit of value.This paper,in the perspective of integrating moral culture thought into young talents,analysis of Mencius youth moral accomplishment and the correlation between talent,integrates in Mencius ethics thought education to the youth to become a useful person,absorbs the traditional culture essence,applying the idea of Mencius ethics training youth moral quality,improves the youth moral accomplishment,mold the healthy personality of youth,and further deepens the theory study of Mencius ethics thought and research method of Mencius ethics,provide theoretical support for the new era of youth education talent.The thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research issues and innovation.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis,main content and problem direction of Mencius moral cultivation thought.This part first studies the theoretical basis of his thought,that is,the theory of goodness;Secondly,it summarizes the main contents of Mencius moral cultivation thought,including five aspects,such as understanding with all one's heart,cultivating the noble spirit,cultivating the mind,not being good at lack of desire,reconsidering one's body,and establishing one's mind first.Finally,the author studies the background of Mencius life,and discusses the direction of Mencius problems from three aspects: the turbulent society,the difficult people's livelihood and the spiritual cultivation.The third chapter is to study the feasibility and necessity ofintegrating Mencius moral cultivation thought into the youth education.Firstly,the essence,characteristics and significance of the youth in the new era are studied.Secondly,the author analyzes the necessity of the combination of the two from three aspects: the youth themselves,the need of inheriting and carrying forward traditional culture and the soft power of national culture.Finally,this paper discusses the feasibility of Mencius moral cultivation thought to be integrated into the education of youth from three aspects: effectiveness,similarity of goals and similarity of enlightenment.The fourth chapter is about the problems and reasons of the integration of Mencius moral cultivation thought into the education of youth.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problem of Mencius moral cultivation thought integrating into the education of youth,mainly from the following three aspects: the weak moral concept of youth,the insufficient understanding of the law of youth cultivation and the deficiency of Mencius moral cultivation thought integrating into the education of youth.Finally,the causes of integration are analyzed from the perspectives of culture,economy,education and youth themselves.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the principles,countermeasures and guarantee mechanism of the integration of Mencius moral cultivation thought into the education of youth.This part firstly analyzes the integration of Mencius moral cultivation thought into the coping principle of youth education.Secondly,it analyzes the countermeasures of Mencius moral cultivation thought to integrate into the education of youth,and discusses from three aspects: school education,social practice and the consciousness of youth.Finally from the responsibility mechanism,the endogenous mechanism,the resultant force mechanism and constraint mechanism four aspects to discuss Mencius ethics thought in the new era of youth education guarantee mechanism of talent,to make Mencius culture thoughts into youth become better,improve the moral quality of youth and practical ability,make the youth to better fit into society,to the socialist construction.
