Under linguistic globalization environment, unidirectional characteristic of the cultural communication becomes obvious day by day, The bi-directional demand is neglected, the main status and the distinctive quality of National culture is weakened. Once Chinese animations were revealed by the international commentary as "achieved the world first-class level, and formed a new school in the artistic style,"Chinese School ", while now they no longer have the same year magnificence as before.Mentioning the domestically produced animation,"DaNaoTianGong", "God Pen Maliang", "NezhaNaoHai" and so on, those famous Chinese animations will appear nearly in each person's memory. But today to children, the impressions of the animation are those from Disney, Japan and other foreign countries. Along with the domestic expansion of overseas culture through the animations, the traditional culture gradually desalinates in child's initiation education. In view of the fact that at present there are a lot of research papers about artistic form, esthetic orientation, market operation, audiences localization of animations,research papers which took animations as the communication carrier and concentrate on the influence of initiation education to the minors are too less. And also in view of animated cartoons having the special characteristics of universal language, this article, from the communication study and the psychology angle, attempts to prove the animations is a kind of communication media with hidden aggression to the values, and in particular, influence to the morals consciousness, the social consciousness, the esthetic consciousness forms of the minor.
