The Personnel Modern Times Go A Diplomatic Mission The Personnel And The Latter Qing Dynasty Society Transform

The development situation of modern foreign relations continuously perishes by no means,it advances the track of modernization and even the normal slowly ,Meanwhile the achievements of ambassadors'on a diplomatic mission are indelible, which has important impetus to social transformation in the late Qing dynasty.This article attempts to analyze the relations between them and social transforms in the late Qing dynasty society by reviewing concrete behaviors and the thoughts of the persons who was sent on a diplomatic mission to the various countries on behalf of the Qing government from the 19th century 70's to the beginning of 20th century.First chapter briefly introduces being sent on a diplomatic mission in the late Qing dynasty. First of all ,the author retrospects earlier period traditional diplomacy of Qing dynasty .
