| Abstract: The development of the exegesis presented a splendid slight in the Qing dynasty. The theory of Duan(Yucai) and Wang(niansun) of the Qian-Jia period was regarded as a firm rock in midstream of the exegesis in the Qing dynasty. The main works of "GaoyouWangshi'X including Guangyashuzheng and Dushuzazhi of Wang Niansun and Jingzhuanshici and Jingyishuwen of Wang Yinzhi ) were named "Four kinds of works of GaoyouWangshi" and presented the highest level of the exegesis in the Qing dynasty. For long time, some scholars highly appraised Jingyishuwen .This paper tries to introduce Jingyishuwen roughly the affective and scientific exegetics methods which Wangyinzhi used in this works through superficial inspection of Jingyishuwen for two years, make the people know the value of Jingyishuwen further.This paper has four parts.Part one is foreword. This part firstly introduces the main content, appraisions of some scholars, the recent study of Jingyishuwen, and then explains the writing intention.Part two . This part discusses the exegetics methods of Wang Yinzhi in jingyishuwen for jiajie. Wang father and his son knew the relationship between pronunciation and character deeply and put out some important views, such as "the main intention of exegesis is pronunciation ". Depending on these ideas, Wang Yinzhi used the same or similar pronunciation and shengfu and so on to prove jiajie phenomenon in ancient books. The methods affected the study of jiajie deeply and gave the scientific ways. Then the writer point out some defaults of Wang's methods, such as abused the phonology ,regarded some characters which were lack of the conditions of jiajie as jiajie characters and gujin characters or tongyuan characters as jiajie characters.Part three . This paper briefly explains how to use grammar and rhetoric when Wang Yinzhi corrected the ancient books and old explanations.
