Since the non-intelligent factors theory was proposed, it has been closely related to the education in China. And obviously, it promotes the improvement in the education quality and strengthens the quality education.The children's psychological and physical health is relative to the non-intelligent factors. The quality of the non-intelligent factors affects the success and the happiness of the children in their lives. To most extent, the early family education plays a decisive role in the quality of non-intelligent factors, so family education is vital to the children development, moreover, it may also determine the direction of children's development. Therefore, it is meaningful to study current development and strategies for developing the non-intelligent factors in family education.While proposing the strategies for developing non-intelligent factors, we should have clear understanding of the current development and the problems. On the base of the definition of the concept of non-intelligent factors, writer designed questionnaire for non-intelligent factors and the interview outlines for the family background. After the polite we did some modification on the questionnaire and the interview outline. Then, handed out the questionnaire to 450 parents of pupils in C hong Qing high-tech erea, and interviewed 80 parents. Through the investigation and interview on the realization, scope, time, direction, method, and family background of the development of non-intelligence in family education, the study shows that parents have different problems in the realization, scope, time, direction, method, and family background. Based on the study and analysis of the current situation and the existing problems and integrating the education, psychology and family education theory, five strategies for the development of non-intelligent factors in Chong Qing high-tech area are proposed:(1) set up a non-intelligent factors parents committee, development leading group in school and development leading center in education administration of Chong Qing, and perfect the development training system and channel;(2) There is a big difference between the developments of non-intelligent of officer and teacher background family and that of the peasant background family, so equally development strategies should be...
