In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the rapid improvement of people's living standard,parents pay more and more attention to early parenting education.However,economic development in different regions of China is not balanced,compared with urban areas,the development of economic level,educational environment and infrastructure in rural areas is relatively backward,especially for poor areas.Such an unfavorable development environment will further hinder the physical and mental health development of their children,thus causing or maintaining the inter-generational transmission of poverty and hindering the realization of the goal of common prosperity of China.To this end,our country has launched a series of policies to promote the development of sluggish and poor areas.Previous domestic and foreign practical experience and relevant researches show that human capital investment is the key to achieve the goal of overall poverty alleviation.Moreover,it is the most effective measure to invest human capital in children during the critical period of brain development and ability formation.For children under 6 years old,the main factors affecting their ability development are the educational environment provided by their families,that is to say,early family education investment is of great importance for children's growth,especially for children aged 0-3 years.Therefore,234 children from 5 kindergartens in urban and rural areas of Kulunqi were selected as subjects by adopting the method of overall sampling,and the influence of family education investment on the level of children's development was discussed by using the methods of experiment,test and questionnaire in this study.The results of this study are as follows:(1)On the whole,the physical development and the development of physical ability and self-control of children aged 3-6 in urban and rural areas are basically the same.With the growth of age,the development of the speed of rural children is better than that of urban children,but the development of verbal ability of urban children is better than that of rural children.(2)The development situation of verbal,movement and sociality of children aged 3-6 in urban and rural areas are basically the same when they are 0-6 months old.(3)On the whole,the education investment level of urban family is higher than that of rural family.(4)There is no significant correlation between physical development and family education investment of children aged 3-6.The sensitivity(s)has a significant negative correlation with playground entertainment and outdoor knowledge expansion.There is a significant positive correlation between children's verbal ability and the number of toys,picture books,as well as the time spent on reading picture books with children,literacy and numeracy education,and outdoor knowledge expansion.There was a significant positive correlation between self-control ability and behavior instruction.(5)The time spent on reading picture books with children and the literacy and numeracy education have a significant positive impact on the development of children's verbal ability.
