A Study Of The Historical Problems Of The Five Wing Manager Banner Of Hulunbuir In The Late Of Qing Dynasty

This thesis has mainly inquired into some historical problems of Hulunbuir Suolun,Bargu,Erud Five Wing Manager Banner in the late of Qing Dynasty,especially the thirty-first year of Guang Xu by using the first-handed historical material---Vice Governing Yamen Manchu archives and relative materials which saved in Mongolia Archives.The thesis is composed of the preface,the body,the conclusion and the reference documents.Part One is the introduction to the Manchu archives of Vice Governing Yamen and the Left and the Right Departments which saved in Mongolia ArchivesPart Two is about the discussion of social politics of Five Wing Manager Banner of Hulunbuir in 1905.Among them,the thesis has talked about Russian aggression,robbery,people's wandering and livelihood,the manner and attitude of the Five Wing Manager,the order of the General,the relationship among the General, Vice Governing,Five Wing Manager and the people of the banner.Part Three is about the social economy of Five Wing Manager Banner of Hulunbuir in 1905.The thesis has touched upon the problems of animal husbandry,fur tax,official's salary.articles of tribute,economic life based on animal husbandry,funds on official business and so on.
