The Mongolian Banner's financial issue is one of the most important issues in Mongolian history research during Qing period, the financial issue directly reflects aspects such as politics,economy and production, which has important academic value in studying Mongolian economic and regional history during Qing period. Right-wing center Banner in Ordos (Otog banner) was one of the seven Zhasake Banners of Yikezhao alliance,Inner Mongolia during Qing period which was established at the 7th year of the reign of Qing Emperor ShunZhi (AD1650).Inspite of this banner's location at the west of Inner Mongolia and its half-animal husbandry, half-agriculture characteristic, it differs from eastern banners in Inner Mongolian on economic type and financial revenue。The thesis makes a systemic analysis and research on this banner's financial issues using the Mongolian archives about the Zhasake yamun of the Right-wing center Banner in Ordos in Inner Mongolia Bibliotheca which had not been used before. The thesis is composed of introduction,text,conclusion and reference, about 30 thousands words. The first part of the thesis emphases on the content, types and historical value of the Mongolian archives about the Zhasake yamun of the Right-wing center Banner in Ordos in Inner Mongolia Bibliotheca; The second part makes the category analysis and preliminary studies on the finance income of Zhasake yamun in Right-wing center Banner in Ordos during later Qing and early Republic of China period; The third part makes the classification studies on the fiscal expenditure of Right-wing center Banner in Ordos during later Qing and early Republic of China period。...
