An Analysis And Education On Present Condition Of Psychological Health Among Current College Students

The present age full of pressing variations, and the society is being more and more complicated. This make much pressure to people psychological health, many men cannot be adapted, or get psychological diseases which influence health of body and mental seriously. Some research show that college students gradually become the high peak people in psychological crisis. College students whose bodies and mentalities get more and more mature are at this period, which is an important process facing psychological mature. Their psychological adaptations are easily affected by fresh university life. According to the recent academic material of 21 century college students psychological health discussion which is convened in Nanjing, the proportion of psychological obstacle among Chinese college students is 23.25% in 80 decade, but rise to 25% in 90 decade , even reach 30% these years ,the speed increase by 5%. The society has cared about this problem, and many psychological study or aid facilities to college students spring up everywhere. At the beginning of 21 century , Chinese education department promulgate a document named 《An opinion about strong psychological health education of college students》 ,which emphasizes that, "It's the main measure to bring education policy into force and carry out quality education, it's the main means to promote college students development in every aspects, it's the main part to morality education of universities." So, attaching importance to college student's psychological education is still an important measures to keep steady and face future development of universities.Basing on this background, the author design this essay, and through comparing some theories of Chinese and foreign scholars, explain the standard to college students psychological health, and analyze some common psychological problem among college students in new period, including learn problem, morale problem, anxiety problem, emotion problem, how to get well with others,how to adapt university lives and how to choose job, and so on. and discuss the main reasons that why college students appear this psychological problem in brief.The meaning of this essay is to discuss and analyze psychological related...
