Sino-India relations are important problems of the contemporary international relations,the development of Sino-India relations has positive significances in promoting the development of the Asian-Pacific area and even the world. Post Cold War,the bipalarization end,and the world has been developing to the multipolarization. As the superpower of South Asia, the consistent target of India's foreign policies are to achieve the great powers in the world. India's policies towards China serves for the powers' strategy in the world. This study tcomprehensively observed the adjusting of India's policies towards china post Cold War,and their impacts on Sino-India relations in the aspects of politics, economy, science and technology, and culture, then analyzed Chinese government's respond to these policies.from which we can see the interaction between China and India. In addition, this study also probed into the factors obstructing the development of Sino-India relations and predicted the developing trend of Sino-India relations.As a result of the diversities of boundary problem, geopolitics, ideology, China and India both sides have contradiction and divergences unavoidably. But generally speaking, whether will have the common strategic benefit is to decide the future of Sino-India relations.So long as China and India are in line with mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, seeking common ground while maintaining difference and the spirit of deepening cooperation,trying to seek and abroaden the convergence of common interests between China and India, the strategic partnership between China and India in the 21st century can positively and soundly develop.
