Attitude of Gender Role is the male or female role behaviors by the attitude that the male or female in the acquired as a socio-cultural view of gender roles for the development of the cause. Based on opening questionnaires, analyzing the literature and visiting university students, a questionnaire was developed about the university students'view of gender role.From the independent-sample test, we have drawn the conclusion: There are smart differences on the level of achievement motivation, such factors include: literal science and natural science, only-child and non-only-child, male and female.The study further finds that attitude of gender role and achievement motivation exists significant relationship. Achievement motivation is the existence of significant relevance gender roles more traditional approach, the higher achievement motivation, gender roles and attitudes for success motivation have significant relation with the motive to avoid failure.There are different results for male and female university students. For male university students there is positive relation between attitude of gender roles and achievement motivation. There is positive relevant between attitude of gender roles and motivation for success, and there is negative relation between attitude of gender roles and the motivation to avoid failures. But for female university students the results are different. The more traditional gender roles approach, the lower achievement motivation. There is negative relevant between attitude of gender roles and motivation for success, and there is positive relevant between attitude of gender roles and the motivation to avoid failures.Part of factors of attitude of gender role questionnaire can forecast achievement motivation, but there exists gender differences.
