The issue of food importation and exportation in modern times is a weak link in the research conducted by the academic cried the thesis, which begins with the introduction of the situation of Chinese food around 1920, tries to perfectly reflect its economic situation controlled by imperialism at that time from the source on which are seldom focused by the academic filed. Modern Chinese food importation mainly induces rice, wheat and flour . Individual analyses are made in details in the paper to show the economic status of the importation of the three, the following influences made by it and its reason .
