The Ethical And Narrative Research On The New Generation Of Urban Novels

In 1990s, China entered into the urban age, when the writers of new generation were experiencing and Chinese literature changed a lot. The rural society and its culture lost its time, the new generation of urban writers chose to treat the urban civilization objectively and accepted it, their novels directly wrote the ethical needs of city folks and the same ethical trend to the urban civilization. So their novels showed a different character in narration.My thesis mainly illustrate in ethical in three aspects: Firstly, from the perspective of ambisexual ethical relationships to make a conclusion of the ethical difference between urban novels of the new generation and traditional ethics in rural society. Secondly, from the change between the relationship of people and city to discuss the urban novels' different ethical trend. Thirdly, from the major issue of ethics——the meaning of virtue, to analyze the new character of urban novels.In narrative aspect, urban novels of new generation shows several characters: Firstly, the representational narration.
