The effect between the clan in the north west of shanxi province and the Communist Party of China will be revealed through my thesis, and be reappeared the course of the implement of the policy cut land rent under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, to stress the importance of the policy cut land for the war of resistance against Japan aggression.
