The core and soul of "school-based" theory is to build school culture. The school culture not only refers to the common values and spiritual features in the common living space of teachers and students, but some real materials and pertinent systems. School posters are just such things, they condense the "school-based" theory, exhibit the school culture. Schools are greatly impinged by the rational doctrine and the ideological trend of industrialization, during the course, school posters gradually become formalization with few culture signs, its topic and exhibiting mode are almost the same among schools. School posters gradually become a tool to restrict and control people, producing a great deal of negative influence upon teachers' and students' behaviors and thoughts by hanging,pasting and its content. Then, how did it enter school and become a kind of school knowledge? How does it function in school? By long-time observation,interview,investigation and coding to school posters, this thesis will probe into the school posters and the discourse under it from different perspective. In fact, modern school posters have exceeded its taste idiosyncracy and nature character, many words gradually take up the obvious place. School posters gradually become the carrier of discourse, exert its discourse power, teachers and students may be used to see them, or obey and control by them, or resist its authority, or unconscious internalize them.School posters should exhibit school culture, embody the "school-based" theory, promote teachers' and students' development, without anything else beyond it. There is no fault in school poster itself; just it shouldn't be used as a tool to control people in schools. The rational doctrine and the industrialized ideological trend are not the dreadful monsters, however, they have become hegemony to make everything monolithic. People's life should be various in such a colorful world, therefore education should be and must be colorful essentially .Based on the above, school development should walk along the "school-based" road, school culture should be reconstructed. Innovation is the core feature of culture. School culture should embody cultural idiosyncracy, allow pluralistic culture and discourse exist in school. People's various life and various education will impel the development of school culture. Therefore, school culture, creativity and man's development should be synonymous.
