Along with a series of shame of unsuccessful disgrace and unprecedented national crisis, which is slumbering Late Qing Dynasty starts a neoteric education reformation aiming to cast off poverty and tend to wealthy and self-governed during the year 1901-1911.This development of entirely reformation, including culture, education, economy, political, and military, indicates neoteric reformation project, which domestic people seeking for implemented all-around, particularly education project which Chinese people seek for implemented. Particularly education reformation develops rapidly. Northeast, as a headstream and frontier region, pushing a reformation seeking for developing civilian's wisdom and progressing newly education under severe frontier crisis, acquires a series of preferable achievements. Presently, the study of newly education of northeast in Qing Dynasty has acquired some achievements. However, there are some limitations, which including research methods simply, research mode singularly, research method simple. Consequently, we have some domain in further study.This thesis try to study the newly education in northeast on angles and arrangement, and make impersonal and fair judgment. This thesis includes prologue, principal part and conclusion. preface expounds purpose, study status and real sense. principal part not only introduces the developed survey of newly education, but also establishment of new-style educational establishment, building of schools and influence on newly education, then make a impersonal appraise. Principal part includes three aspects. Firstly, this part narrates the instaurations and the activity of new-style educational administered institution. With reformation policy implementing, the northeast authorities response this policy actively, then build all levels of new-style education administer institution according to native practice. these education administer institution develop lots of education activities, including advocating new education, implementing policy, training teachers, collecting...
