In the waves of globalization , China had joined the World Trade Organization in Nov.2001.Chinese movie industry had become recession at the beginning of the 90's.During the long process of entering WTO, Chinese government adopted the policy of importing foreign movies gradually, but the affects of stimulating the recessionary movie marketing didn't work dramatically. The production model, distributing model and showing model under the planned economy had broken, but the new structure didn't be established yet. In the three links of film industry, showing relates to the circulation of whole industry investment, and the profits obtained. Consulted the mature operation model of movie industry in the United States, the specific showing form is cinema-line system. Accordingly, this paper has the view point at the Chinese cinema-line system which is starting and promoted. It teases the development of the movie industry, recommends the establishment of the laws, regulations and subsidiary bodies, and then discusses some problems exist in Chinese cinema-lines such as " showing one film on all the screens at the same time " ; " the expensive ticket price " ; " the problems of investment to rebuild the cinemas " and so on.The first chapter summarily narrates Chinese movie industry: reviews the old model of production distributing showing links and its inevitable disintegration process; enumerates the change after China have joined the WTO; in the foundation of collecting the laws and regulations about the Chinese movie, analyzes the laws construction progress and the policy trend; some suggestions about movie industry.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in Chinese cinema-line. First section tells of the generation process of Chinese cinema-line system and its significance; from section 2 to 6,discusses the problems existing in Chinese cinema-lines such as " showing one film on all the screens at the same time " " the expensive ticket price " " the problems of investment to rebuild the cinemas " and so on.The third chapter divides two sections.
