The duty of product is to satisfy people's needs, with the development of economy and society, people's demands of emotion are stronger and stronger . accordingly, after having reached the goal of usability, products should satisfy the requirement of the user's psychology . Pleasure is the most basic and primitive emotion, and it is one of the main positive emotions. To be pleasure is the instinctive behavior of people. As designed things, products must shoulder the responsibility of making users pleasure. The goal of product design is to make users attained the emotion of pleasure.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, the purpose and the meanings of designing pleasurable products, and carries on the discussion from the perspectives of Psychology and relevant fields. On the basis of the Psychology of Emotion, this paper constructs the Arousal Model of Pleasure. Through the analysis of the Model, this paper summarizes the key of designing pleasurable products: perceptual analysis, the internal model, evaluation. At the same time, I have found that the situation played an important role in the generation process of designing pleasurable products.Based on above analysis, designing pleasurable products based on situation information is given. For the purpose of situation information communication, a research framework of coding the situation information in designing pleasurable products is built. Firstly, the internal model of user is found out through user research. Secondly, based on the analysis of internal model, the notional model of designer is built. After the situation information of designer's notional model is coded into the product, the user attain the emotion of pleasure through the decoding of product.Finally , with the title " the home car design in the following 10-20 years " , using the research framework of coding the situation information in designing pleasurable products, this paper have verified the feasibility of this research through actual design.
