This is not a black-white world which just depends on mechanical movement, and the aim of experience design is to make customers' lives easier and more colorful in a way that can not be forecasted. Those that seem extra are right the designers' inspirations. It is interfused by designer's sensibility and the function of the engendering product, which is laid on the investigation of users'experience and customers'requirement in both substance and spirit. The value can not be forecastsd just as Marco Diani has said——in experience times design is pursuing an aimless and indetermined value. And what we need to do is to make design more purposeful and accurate by investgating users'requirements, at least on the designer's perspective.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of user experience design. The current age stresses individuation consume, and people expect more in spirit ,demanding an special experience and mental satisfaction besides its basic function.Secondly, according to Bernd H. Schmitt's sort of consumer experience this paper starts with experience design by understanding and analysing the experience skeleton. The author applies the sort to product design innovatively and tries to find a method to control user experience more effectively.Then the paper put forward a frame of user experience design, by connecting all the experience factors above. And it is based on information communication theories.At the end, the author sets up a frame of experience communication. Finally, the paper puts emphasis on analysis and discuss of cognitive theory and thought in relative experience. In the end, the paper demonstrates the process and method of experience design by the design cases.
