According to syntactic structure and semantic features, this dissertation divides sentences of quantitative structure correspondence into three types: sentences of quantitative structure correspondence with meaning of"each", sentences of quantitative structure correspondence with non-"each"meaning and particular type of quantitative structure correspondence. The syntactic structure form of the particular type is of fixed sentence structure form. The correspondence of quantitative structures of"each"meaning expresses static meaning where noun expresses indefinite meaning while correspondence of quantitative structure of non-"each"meaning expresses dynamic meaning where noun expresses definite meaning. This dissertation aims to thoroughly analyze the characteristics of syntactic structure of the sentence of quantitative structure correspondence, focusing on comparing the syntax and semantics of sentences of the two types of quantitative structure correspondence. At the same time, The dissertation reanalyzes interchanging places in the correspondence of quantitative structures. To conclude, because of the restricted factors such as: the restriction of the verb to the relevant argument and the complexity of syntactic forms , it is usually inadmissible to interchange the places of the components of the correspondence of quantitative structures.
