Research On Adolescent Frustration Tolerance Education

Nowadays, the world is changing rapidly everyday; the trend of globalization is irreversible; the competition of politics, economy, science and technology, as well as the competition in the field of culture are becoming more and more intensive. However, in these competitions, the most fundamental one is the competition of talent. Therefore, there are higher demands for the overall quality of the talents, especially the psychological quality and the frustration tolerance. At present, a serious shortage of frustration tolerance exists in the young people of our country, the situation is not optimistic. As the reform and opening up, people's living standard is improving. What's more, the family planning policy has been implemented gradually. Most young people are the only child in their families .Parents love them very much, they not only provide them with excellent material conditions, but also do everything for them, so that the children become "emperors" or "princesses" in their families and can not endure any setbacks, in other word, their psychological endurance capacity is low. So we should realize the importance of the frustration tolerance education of the young people, try to find problems and deficiencies through researching. Then we should analyze the causes and identify measures to strengthen the frustration tolerance education. This text begins with the concept of setbacks, frustration tolerance and frustration tolerance education, and then recalls the history of the frustration tolerance education, highlights the necessity and urgency of the implementation of the frustration tolerance education. It also analyzes five problems and their causes that exit in the frustration tolerance education, and sets forth the countermeasures of strengthening the frustration tolerance education from five aspects. I hope they can have some real impact on the frustration tolerance education.
