This dissertation researching on the first part"the scene of crowd activity in Admiralty Square"of the first scene"the shrove-tide fair"in Stravinsky's Petrouchka, announces his creative thoughts that he developed music themes in material orchestra to set up stereoscopic space of music. These various music themes in the work reveal proper unity, not only including the development of the same theme, but also the same origin between the comparative music themes. To achieve the unity of music themes that depend on abundant, consummate and ingenious orchestra design as the main method of music development, and to form the stereoscopic space of music close to building consciously at last, is an important characteristic feature of Stravinsky's music creative thoughts.The dissertation refines some characteristics that constitute stereoscopic space of Stravinsky's music creations, with detailed analysis on music themes and orchestra in"the scene of crowd activity in Admiralty Square".
