The major purpose of this research was to explore the developmental characteristics of moral concepts of school children under the circumstances of the conflict between two points, honest trustworthiness and their collective interests. The study discussed the interaction of disciplinarian, honesty concepts and collective concerns when the school children are in different ages and different collective stages. The school children in the study were 7-, 9-, 11-, 13-, 15-, 17-year-old children.In order to collect data of moral evaluations and the attributions of the moral evaluations under the circumstances of breaking rules of national, school, or class and the circumstances of making mistakes individually. 192 school children were tested by clinical interviews through telling stories in a questionnaire which consisted of eight moral-dilemma stories.The following conclusions were drawn from this research:1.
