Weng Fanggang is a header of Jili School which is one of the four most famous poem schools in Qing Dynasty. Under the poetic rule and family background and culture conception in Qianlong-Jiaqing times, his Jili Theory and production aroused diversified criticisms. Through analyzing his poetry integrally, we can conclude the characteristics: the represented mode of textual research, composing method of Song-Dynasty poetry, Zhishi artistic style and in pursuit of aesthetic elegance. Therefore, Weng Fanggang's poetry and poetic theory has far-reaching impact on Parnassus in Qing Dynasty, and enriched China classical poetics.
