| This paper centers on the quotations from Thirteen Classics Explanatory Notes and Commentaries in the dictionary of YuPian revised by Chen Pengnian in Song dynasty. YuPian was edited by Gu Yewang in South and North dynasty. This paper reorganizes the Yiwen of Thirteen Classics Explanatory Notes and Commentaries quoted from YuPian by comparing with the text of Thirteen Classics Explanatory Notes and Commentaries, which collated by Ruanyuan in Qing dynasty. We screen out all of the quotations according to the database made by Center for Studies of Sinograms of East China Normal University, then selected out material contents by searching electronic version of Sishu Wujing of Wenyuange aiming at supplying some useful data for the research on the edition of YuPian , Chinese philology and literature.This paper includes five parts:Firstly, the introduction, consists of the edition of YuPian, the research summarizes, the main material, the research technique, the research scope of YuPian as well as the main Yiwen type explanation.The first chapter tells the scope of quotations from Thirteen Classics Explanatory Notes and Commentaries and the statistical method of the quotation.The Second chapter is the main body of this paper, it investigates the Yiwen of Thirteen Classics Explanatory Notes and Commentaries quoted from YuPian. There are two main types of the Yiwen in this chapter, namely the form and the use of character. One is adding, reducing, replacing elements indicating meaning or sound on the basis of original text, the other one is replacing original text with the homophone or the synonymy character of quotation in YuPian.The third chapter mainly cites three kinds of instances: two kinds of instances are quotations different from the original text; on the other hand, there is one kind of exceptional case which is not suitably being put into a category.The last part is the table of the same quotation with the original text. It is placed in the appendix for subsequent investigators. |
