Exploration And Practice On The Teaching Of College English Writing Based On Blog

Blog, which is a new developed network technology has got extensive application in numerous professions and realm in recent years, and it also arouses many educators' interest to grope for its educational application. The paper tries to introduce the principle and techniques of Blog into the teaching of college English writing and applied in fulfillment. While setting up the edublog named "practice makes perfect", the writer probes into the function of Blog in the teaching process of college English writing.This paper is made up of six chapters.The first chapter presents the background to this research, so we are able to realize that there is an urgent need to make good use of information technology to reform the teaching of college English writing. The function of the Blog in the process of college English writing is discussed in detail.The fourth chapter is devoted to relevant education theories and learning strategies based on Blog. Various ways of setting up edublog terrace and module design are elaborated in this part.The fifth chapter highlights the instructional design of college English writing based on Blog. The writer tries the new teaching-mode of college English writing, the good effects of which are confirmed by an analysis of questionnaire of the experimental classes.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the research, and it points out the limit, shortage and the prospects of present research.
