This thesis is mainly about the connection between A Dream of Red Mansion andZhuangZi-a brilliant writer thinker and philosopher of XIANQIN era in Chinawho created lots of literary and philosophic fruits for us, and his primary writing is his book: ZhuangZi.The dissertation includes three part: the preface, the text and the epilogue . Thereinto the text is consisted of five chapters.The second chapter and the third is the key of this paper-its' subject is the fableor moral in A Dream of Red Mansion and what it had brought from the literature ZhuangZi and ZhuangZi himself, this is a complicated question which a lot of researchers maybe had concerned but have no last word as yet.Also it involves the angle of view and appreciation of ZhuangZi and A Dream of Red Mansion etc.In sum up, perhaps my paper will tell you some new knowledges in the field of A Dream of Red Mansion, this is my first purpose in writing it.
