The characters of Qin Guan's was delicate and sensitive, under the parties struggle environment on the Northern Song Dynasty,the life experience and Psychology of Qin Guan's presents the huge change along with the life. Correspondingly, his poetic ideological content and the portic style manifests the different characters, Which is different with "take the words as the poem, take the Talent knowledge as the poem, take the discussion as the poem". but the academic circles pay very little attention to this Situation. So, this article wants take the factional strife environment as a background, the Qin Guan's disposition and the experience as the clue, discusses his poetry creation.The full text is divided into four chapters. chapterI dischsses the background and experience of the Qin Guan's life;chapterII The Qin Guan's poems were divided into the XiFeng, the Yuan you, and the Shao Sheng Yuan Fu three stages which was suitable for discussing the Ideological content. The three contents are all different with each other. chapterIII Discusss the artistic feature of Qin Guan's poems. His poems periences three changes, early was fresh, Charming, the intermediate stage melancholy, Straightforward, and the later period extremely painful.The artistic feature of fresh,and Charming passes through the Qin Guan's poems.chapterIV, we discusse the relations between the Qin Guan's poems with " the poems style on Yuan You period". On one hand the Qin Guan's poems havd already enriched " the poems style on Yuan You period",on the other hand had developed the gentle Poetry style.The Qin Guan made a certain contribution to the Northern Song Dynasty poetry.
