Along with market economy with steady steps development, the employment competition is even more intense, the employment pressure is more and more big .The college student occupies physiological, the psychological development special time, also is the unusual period that faces the choice of life path , generally speaking , all of them can make the decision-making on the society employment market condition and individual situation .However ,in every so often time , because college student's cognition way and the policy-making way are not very mature, therefore often can meet or appear various decision-making difficulties .Adopts the reasonable effective method in view of these difficulties to be able to help the individual to make the decision-making well and can develop with steady steps in them own career profession .Therefore this research want to establishes a college student career decision-making difficult questionnaire, by this understood the contemporary college student career decision-making difficult condition, provides some theory basis for college student's career instruction and the consultation.Based on an open-ended questionnaire and literature pertinent, the study analyzes these difficulties as well as college student's these difficult characteristics which in the college student career decision-making process. According to relevant scales at home and abroad and experts' suggestions, we compile the career decision-making difficulties questionnaire of college students. What's more, the characteristics of career decision-making difficulties of college students are investigated with this questionnaire.The results of the study show that:(1) The career decision-making difficulties of college students is of high reliability and fair validity. According to the results of factor analysis, five major dimensions are found in career decision-making difficulties of college students: Self-appraisal ability, occupation familiar, social environment factor, human - - duty match, social compatibility.(2) The career decision-making difficulties level of each dimension form highest to lowest ranges as follows: social environment factor, occupation familiar, self-appraisal ability, social compatibility, human - - duty match(3) No significant difference in gender has been found in general career decision-making difficulties. However in the factors of social compatibility and human - - duty match on which females significantly superior to males and the factor of the occupation familiar on which the score of males are significantly higher than that of females some significant differences exist.(4) No significant difference in grade has been found in general career decision-making difficulties. However in the dimensions of the occupation familiar, human - - duty match, and the social compatibility some significant differences in grade exist. Specifically, the occupation familiar mean of freshmen is statistically higher than that of sophomore, junior and senior, and the human - -duty match mean of junior and senior is statistically higher than that of freshmen; but the social compatibility mean of freshmen is statistically lower than that of junior and senior. There is no significant difference among grades on other main factors.(5) The difference of the general career decision-making difficulties between liberal arts and science subject students is no significant, but in every specific dimension, the scores of liberal arts students are universal higher than that of science subject students.(6) The interactions between genders, grades and the subject on career decision-making difficulties are statistically significant. In the dimension of human - - duty match, interactions between gender and grade, and interactions between grade and subject are significant; while in the dimension of social compatibility, only interactions between gender and grade exist. And no interactions in other dimensions have been found.
