When people were subject to some psychological problems or emotional obsession they can not solve them by themselves, so they would seek help from the mental hospital or psychology counseling center, which was called seeking professional psychological help. This research first adapted the Attitude toward seeking professional psychological help questionnaire. With the adapted ATSPPH, this article investigated universities students'attitude toward seeking professional psychological help (ATSPPH), and explored the relationships among ATSPPH, EPQ and self-disclosure. And then attempted to improve university students'attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help positively through the group intervene which can promote their help-seeking behaviors. The results indicated (1) ATSPPH was negatively correlated with factors of personality, and self-disclosure was correlated with factors of personality. ATSPPH demonstrated significant difference in gender. (2) Intervened class'attitude had become more positive than before. And the comparison class'attitude also had the remarkable difference. After intervention, the innerved class'attitude was more positive than the comparison class.
