This study used the questionnaire method to explore the situation of professionalpsychological help attitude and the psychological health level, and then explored therelationship of professional psychological help attitude and the psychological health level.It attempted to improve senior high school students’ attitudes toward seeking professionalpsychological help positively by the group intervention which can promote theirhelp-seeking behaviors and improve the mental health of high school students.The results indicated:⑴Girls’ attitude was more active than boys’ in professionalpsychological help.⑵High school students were good in mental health.⑶subjects whowere in lower level of mental health, the more negative attitudes in professionalpsychological help.⑷After group intervention the experimental group’s attitude become more active inthe professional psychological help.⑸After mental health education,control groupbecome more positive professional attitude. Experimental group was significantly morethan the control group in professional psychological help.
