The Circulation And Acceptance Of Bai Juyi's Poems In The Southern Sung Dynasty

Bai Juyi's poems spread extensively, and have far-reaching influence on the development of Chinese literature. The system research on the circulation and acceptance of Bai's poems hasn't been done currently. Guided by the theoretical insights from aesthetics of reception in the West, the traditional research method of sorting of the historical data collections of Chinese classic literature, through the way of cultural heritage sorting and theories analysis text, this paper exams and analyzes statistically the circulation and reception of Bai's poems during the Southern Sung Dynasty.The factors that influence circulation and acceptance of Bai's poems include Bai's reorganization about readers, the readers analysis on Bai's poems and the digest of Bai's poems by the readers in Southern Sung Dynasty .According to the analysis on the three factors above, this paper is presented that the topic of circulation and acceptance of Bai's poems in Southern Sung Dynasty is 'vulgar joy'. Through the analysis and study on the use of language ,the poetic style, the content and topic of the Bai's poems, the view of readers of the Southern Sung Dynasty on Bai's poems is getting extensive, andthe readers' writing is developed.
