"The Last Minute Rescue ", a kind of traditional narrating style originating fromHollywood, is an irreplaceable classic coding style in narrating films and the mosteffective narrating convention to captures the heart of the audience. The style has beenemulated as well as denounced by movie makers of the whole world for more than onehundred years. However, it has its own value for its existence.Based on starting from the subject of film, this thesis attempts to prove the meaningof film forms and the eternity of film language modes through narrating the context ofthe "The Last Minute Rescue". From narrative perspective, the author sorts out therelationship between time and space, logistics and reasoning to establish its position inthe imaging system. The author examines the real examples within the films to search forthe self discipline in films themselves.
