This paper has discussed the dialectical relations between the music education and the self-awareness, and emphatically embarks on the concrete situation of youth this specific research object, thus reveals the music education has positive and unique influence on the development and the consummation of children's self-awareness.The first part of this article has mainly analyzed the characteristic of children's self-awareness as well as the music education's positive influence on the various stratification planes of children's self-awareness. In the natural physiological stratification plane, the music can cause person's life organism to have the harmonious sympathetic chord with it, and through music's influence on emotion, to enables the emotion to express and to divulge, thus maintains the health harmonious and joyful of the body. In the social life stratification plane, the music can display certain social life and the spirit of the age, simultaneously, it can also as the intermediary of"main body border", let children clear off the opposite and unified relations between"the empirical ego"and"greatly I", and also acknowledge themselves'position in social life. In the spiritual stratification plane, the music can cause the person to exceed the existence of inherent limitation, let person enter one kind comfortable, self and free esthetic boundary, thus make people to obtain the promotion of spiritual. In the form of self-awareness, music can also strengthen and unify children's self-cognition, self-experience and self-regulation. As for the three basical feelings which can help children to realize they are independent life exist in the world, the music can also play a good guidance role.The second part of the article has analyzed the characterics and the function of music, and then has prompted the positive sense for children's self-awareness development. Music can demonstrate for the youth a world which is filled with the number principle relations such as characteristic, one world fulls of the emotion and meaning feels, and is fluid, equivocal, not definite, needs the main body to participate in the comprehension and to construct the world; But such world prospect is good for the formation of children's self-awareness. At the same time, music can also guide the children by its unique functions to clear off the relationship between self and other people, self and society, let children establish the true social oneself. Music brings the joy full of the body and mind, thus children the main body can achieve the subtlest balance and coordination with the world they live in, can exceed the limited-self in the spiritual stratification plane, can cause oneself to become an esthetic individual.Through these two aspects'analysic, the paper has cleared off the dialectical relations between music education and self-awareness, and then obtained an enlightenment social individual According to the charucteristics of music, we can carry out regulation to the content and the way of music education with goal, conscious, aim and stress to fully display the unique function of music education to let the youth acquire the positive perfect self-awareness, to serve for the education total goal which is to cultivate qualified citizen, to construst the humanist harmonious society.
