Moral And Legal Education Model Research

Moral education and legal education are the two major part of ideological and political education. In practice,educators should combine the two part to achieve the harmonious development. This is decided by the relations of morals and law,the method of national government,It is also an inevitable requirement for building a socialist harmonious society.The object of ideological and political education is the people,and the formation and development of people's thinking and behavior are subject to the psychological law. Ideological and Political Educator should use psychological methods,respect for the laws of human understanding,emotional awareness and implement a "people-oriented" ideology .Then a proper sense of perspective will be acceptted and ture into ideas, in this way,we achieve the goal of education. Moral education and legal education are two important aspects of the ideological and political education. In this paper, I will do some research to prove that we can do our education through people's inner mechanisms, then combine the two part to achieve the harmonious development.The article in elaborated the society studies the theory, the mannerforms with transformation theory as well as self- concept andself-respect theory and so on formation after moral and the educationin respect for the law utilization, Proposed utilizes these theories to construct moral and the educationin respect for the law pattern conception , Namely simultaneously takes the environment in the display experiencedominant function the recessive function, forms the correct values, Simultaneously takes the emotion education in the display theoreticaleducation guidance function the osmosis, the realization educationobject manner transformation; Is satisfying the education object respect to need simultaneously toguide it to form the positive self- concept, builds the harmoniouseducation atmosphere.This paper used the following research methods:data analysis, comparative analysis and so on. After determin the theme of the paper,I read lots of related papers,and then sort out the information and analysis, finally,according to my understanding form my own ideas.
