Accordion Teaching is the basic course in music department in high Normal university, because of the most important role in the. School Music Education and Extracurricular arts activities, so it become more and more important in the accordion teaching. The accordion teaching in music department in high normal university is a important component in china, After several decades of development , accordion teaching had made a big progress and set up its own system initially, but because of the variety of reasons ,this system still inadequate in many areas. The accordion teaching system in high normal university had been affected by an academy of music over the years, the teaching system in normal university is followed by it in the academy of music. They always emphasized professionalism and concentrated on the difficulty of teaching and technical training, It is lack of characteristics about normal. This has resulted in the lack of the characteristics of accordion teaching in normal university , also caused the embarrassing situation that the professional separate from the practical application, It has a direct impact on the accordion's healthy development in music department in high normal university. Frankly speaking, accordion Teaching must jumping out from the professional Misunderstanding, semaphore the "normal" banner , to make widely known the personality in high normal university, and the formation of a special education system .This paper is divided into three parts, The first part summarized the present situation about accordion teaching in high normal university, because of the investigation and study about accordion teaching ,we get some experience, and find the deficiencies, Identify and analyze some problems in accordion teaching ,then , according those problems to find concrete solutions. The second part discussed the development of high-Accordion Teaching .According to the teaching of problems and shortcomings of high-Accordion Teaching , we must to pay close attention to the vertical development,personality about high-accordion teaching and the horizontal development, Develop the link between high Accordion teaching and other subjects , It differs from the previous teaching methods . The third part discusses the main macroeconomic development of high-Accordion teaching , According to the second part of the description of specific methods of high-Accordion teaching. The contents include four standpoints, that are "spirit"—professional, "new"—the leading edge, "special" ~ characteristics and Nationalization, and "the whole "- Multi-functional. the author focus on the four points, and try to find out an operational mold of development in future.
