With the rise of study about positive psychology and positive organizationalbehavior, work involvement has become a new hotspot in organizational behavior andhuman resource management. This article validates the structure of work involvementwhich includes dedication, interest, concentration and energy, by the way of factoranalysis, on the basis of 400 employees in Zhujiang delta. The work involvementquestionnaire has a good reliability and validity.By the way of structure equation model, this article makes a conclusion thatorganization support has great effect on work involvement; organization support,emotion commitment and fair distribution are the forecastirrg variables of workinvolvement. This article also finds out that emotion commitment has a mediatingeffect between organization support and work involvement; fair distribution has amoderating effect between organization support and work involvement.
