The research on the effect mechanism of employee-organization value fit has been paid more and more attention by scholars both at china and abroad since the 1990s.In the past studies,there were plenty of research results on the direct effect of the employee-organization value fit on the employee's job performance,organizational behavior and work performance,but the researchers did not fully consider the interaction effect between the staff and the organization,which is one of the reasons for the inconsistent results.On the basis of summarizing previous researches,using the method of questionnaire survey,and basing on the theory of social exchange as well as the foreign trade,which is a special industry that receives the influence of the cross-cultural impact frequently.The paper studies the relationship between employee-organization value fit and job performance,the mediating effect of the sense of organizational support as well as the moderating effect influenced by psychological capital through an empirical study of 230 employees in Ningbo foreign trade industry.The results of the study show that:(1)Employee-organization value fit has a significant positive correlation with each dimension of job performance;(2)Employee-organization value fit has a significant positive correlation for the sense of organizational support,(3)The sense of organizational support has a significant positive correlation with each dimension of job performance;(4)The sense of organizational support plays a mediating role in the relationship between employee-organization values fit and job performance;(5)Psychological capital plays a moderating role in the relationship between organizational support and job performance.
