The key is the talent competition in today’s society. If the companies want to improve the staffs’ organizational commitment, they could let them feel the organizational support. However, the work centrality as a kind of values will affect the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment.Overviews the concept, theory, models and the measurement tools about organizational support, organizational commitment and work centrality, uses organizational support scale, organizational commitment scale and work-family centrality scale measure the level of them among409employees of China, examines the moderate effect of the work centrality on the organizational support and organizational commitment. The organizational support consists three dimensions that are work support dimension, employee benefits dimension and employee value identity dimension. The organizational commitment also consists three dimensions: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Work centrality consists single dimension. Utilizes AMOS17.0to examine the construct validity of all the scales, then utilizes SPSS16.0to analyze the date with hierarchical regression, the result shows that:(1)Work centrality significantly moderated the relationship between work support and normative commitment. In which work centrality has the enhanced effect.(2) Work centrality significantly moderated the relationship between employee benefits and continuance commitment. In which work centrality has the enhanced effect.(3) Work centrality significantly moderated the relationship between employee benefits and normative commitment. In which work centrality has the enhanced effect.(4) Work centrality significantly moderated the relationship between employee value identity and affective commitment. In which work centrality has the enhanced effect.(5)Work centrality significantly moderated the relationship between employee value identity and continuance commitment. In which work centrality has the enhanced effect.(6) Work centrality significantly moderated the relationship between employee value identity and normative commitment. In which work centrality has the enhanced effect.
